Pavel Mostovshchikov

With over 12 years in CGI, I work across the full production process, from ideation and concept development to presentation, execution, and production supervision. My practice brings together classic CGI, graphic design workflows, and AI tools when they add real value to the work. I'm drawn to projects where the approach needs to be invented, not just executed.

Across this work, I've contributed as an art director to the Earth and Arrival installation at the Museum of the Future in Dubai as part of the AltSpace team, led the 3D design team at WayRay, and worked as an art director and XR designer on Distance Technologies' interactive technology demo with the around team. I'm also a co-founder of around studio, focused on spatial AR experiences.

Beyond what's shown here, I've directed work in automotive visualization, HMI/HUD systems, and interactive installations — most of it under NDA.

KR Graflex Lightsaber // Vimeo

This project features CGI visuals of the iconic lightsaber from the Star Wars Universe, crafted by Khal Jahromi. I created the look dev, style frames, and a promotional video to showcase the product on the official KR Sabers online store.

In this project, I seek to personalize the identity of the psychological concepts familiar to everyone. In other words, to visualize inanimate psychological terminology as individual portraits.
